Terms and Conditions of the Sports Platform

Introduction
The purpose of the PATANG Sports Platform is to accept Bets on forecasts for possible variations (hereinafter, the Outcome) of games, sporting, and socially significant events, with winnings dependent on the partial or total correspondence of the forecast with the actual Outcome. The PATANG Sports Platform accepts Bets on selected events taking place worldwide according to a previously announced programme.

  • The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the PATANG Sports Platform. By placing a Bet on the Platform, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions at all times and without exception.
  • All disputes that are in any way connected with the use of the Platform must be submitted via email to [email protected]. The decision of the Platform’s appointed arbitrators shall be binding and may be enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction.
  • The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to amend Website content, betting limits, withdrawal limits, and offers.
  • The PATANG Sports Platform may update, alter, edit, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All changes will be published on the Website in the “Sports Terms and Conditions” section.
  • In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Rules and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
  • Any reference herein to words or objects in the singular shall also apply to the plural where applicable. Gendered terms are used solely for linguistic convenience and shall apply equally to all genders.
Definitions and Terminology
The terms herein have the following meanings:

  • PATANG Sports Platform – the licensed legal entity that operates the Platform and accepts Bets in accordance with applicable licensing and legislative requirements.
  • Client – a natural person who has agreed to the Rules for acceptance of Bets registered on the PATANG Casino website.
  • Line (Programme) – a list of events and their Outcomes, along with the Odds for winning offered by the PATANG Sports Platform for betting purposes.
  • Stake – the sum of money that the Client chooses to bet on their forecast for the Outcome of any event or group of events in the Line. In the case of a loss, the Client forfeits the right to reclaim the Stake.
  • Bet – a wager or agreement involving financial risk concluded between the Client and the PATANG Sports Platform, the Outcome of which depends on an event that may or may not occur.
  • Outcome – the result of a game, sporting, socially significant, or any other event for which the PATANG Sports Platform offers Odds.
  • Odds – the number by which the Client’s Stake is multiplied when determining the sum to be paid out. Odds may change over time; however, changes shall not affect previously placed Bets.
  • Winnings – the amount paid to the Client if the Outcome on which they placed a Bet occurs.
  • Betslip – the official electronic record of a placed Bet, stored on the server.
Bet Types
  • Single Bet – a Bet placed on a single Outcome of an event. The payout is calculated by multiplying the Stake by the Odds of the selected Outcome.
  • Combo Bet (also known as Accumulator Bet) – a Bet placed on several independent Outcomes across multiple events. If any selection in the Accumulator Bet loses, the entire Bet is lost. The payout is calculated by multiplying the Stake by the combined Odds of all selections in the Accumulator Bet.
  • System Bet – a set of Accumulator Bets formed from all possible combinations of a fixed selection of Outcomes. Each Accumulator Bet within the system has the same Stake and contains the same number of Outcomes. When placing a System Bet, the Client must specify the total number of Outcomes and the size of each Accumulator Bet (system option). The total payout is the sum of the payouts from all winning Accumulator Bets within the System Bet.
  • “Trixie” – a System Bet consisting of 4 Accumulator Bets: 3 doubles and 1 treble, formed from a selection of 3 matches.
  • “Patent” – a System Bet consisting of 7 Bets, including Singles and Accumulator Bets: 3 singles, 3 doubles, and 1 treble, formed from a selection of 3 matches.
  • “Yankee” – a System Bet consisting of 11 Accumulator Bets: 6 doubles, 4 trebles, and 1 fourfold, formed from a selection of 4 matches.
  • “Canadian” (also known as “Super Yankee”) – a System Bet consisting of 26 Accumulator Bets: 10 doubles, 10 trebles, 5 fourfolds, and 1 fivefold, formed from a selection of 5 matches.
  • “Heinz” – a System Bet consisting of 57 Accumulator Bets: 15 doubles, 20 trebles, 15 fourfolds, 6 fivefolds, and 1 sixfold, formed from a selection of 6 matches.
  • “Super Heinz” – a System Bet consisting of 120 Accumulator Bets: 21 doubles, 35 trebles, 35 fourfolds, 21 fivefolds, 7 sixfolds, and 1 sevenfold, formed from a selection of 7 matches.
  • “Goliath” – a System Bet consisting of 247 Accumulator Bets: 28 doubles, 56 trebles, 70 fourfolds, 56 fivefolds, 28 sixfolds, 8 sevenfolds, and 1 eightfold, formed from a selection of 8 matches.
  • If Odds contain more than 2 decimal places, the payout will be rounded to the second decimal place.
  • Cash Out – an offer initiated by the PATANG Sports Platform to the Client, allowing modification of one or more essential betting conditions (including Odds, event settlement time, etc.) in order to settle the Bet at the current time. The Client may accept or reject the Cash Out offer. By selecting Cash Out, the Client confirms acceptance of the new conditions of the Bet. Cash Out may be available for both pre-match and live Bets. The Platform reserves the right to amend or withdraw Cash Out offers, including changes to repurchase amounts, at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.
  • Bet Builder – a Bet placed on multiple markets within the same event (e.g., total, 1X2, team statistics, player props, and other markets marked with a “Bet Builder” tab). To win a Bet Builder, all Outcomes of all included markets must be predicted correctly. If any selection loses, the entire Bet Builder is settled as lost. The payout is calculated by multiplying the Stake by the combined Odds of all selections in the Bet Builder. Bet Builder may be available in different sports, which will be marked with the “Bet Builder” tab for the relevant event. Bet Builder Bets may also be included in an Accumulator Bet or System Bet, either consisting entirely of Bet Builder Bets or in combination with non-Bet Builder Bets.

    Special Terms of Bet Builder

    a) Bet Builder Bets may not be available for all sports, events, or markets. Availability of Bet Builder Bets shall at all times remain at the sole and exclusive discretion of the PATANG Sports Platform.
    b) Availability of Bet Builder Bets is not guaranteed, and the PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to terminate availability of Bet Builder Bets for any reason at its sole discretion (e.g., technical issues, sports betting integrity, etc.).
    c) The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to amend, suspend, or remove the Bet Builder feature (or any part of it) at any time.
    d) The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Bet Builder Bet if the Bet or any selection within the Bet is settled in error (terms of the Betting Rules relating to errors apply).
    e) The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to accept or void any Bet included in a Bet Builder Bet in accordance with the terms of the Betting Rules regarding voiding Bets. If a Bet included in a Bet Builder Bet is voided, the remaining (non-voided) Bets in the Bet Builder shall stand. In the case of a void Bet, the terms of the Betting Rules relating to void Bets apply.
  • Early Payout – a special offer that allows a Bet to be settled as a winner before the final Outcome if one or more predefined settlement conditions, as listed in the special tag attached to the respective event and market, are met, irrespective of the final result of the match.

    Special Terms of Early Payout

    a) Markets eligible for Early Payout are marked with a special “Early Payout” tag. The specific settlement conditions for Early Payout are displayed in a tooltip accessible by clicking the “Early Payout” tag on the event page or in the “My Bets” section.
    b) The availability of the Early Payout offer, its conditions, and the events or markets eligible for this feature are determined solely at the discretion of the PATANG Sports Platform and may vary by event and market.
    c) Early Payout may be available for single and multiple Bets, including Accumulator Bets or System Bets, whether consisting entirely of Bets with Early Payout applied or a combination of Bets with and without Early Payout. Early Payout may also be available for Bets placed using the Bet Builder feature. Early Payout will not be available for any bonus Bets, including, but not limited to, Free Bets, Free Money, and Risk-Free Bets.
    d) In Single Bets, once the Early Payout condition is triggered, the Bet is considered a winning Bet and settled accordingly, regardless of the final Outcome of the event. If an Early Payout is settled, there will be no additional payout if the original selection subsequently wins the match.
    e) In multiple Bets (e.g., Accumulator Bets or System Bets) that include both selections with Early Payout and selections with non-Early Payout, only those Outcomes meeting the Early Payout conditions shall be settled early. The remaining parts of the Accumulator Bet or System Bet will remain open until final settlement in accordance with the general Betting Rules.
    f) The availability of Early Payout is not guaranteed. The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to suspend, modify, or completely remove Early Payout for any event or market at any time without prior notice (including, but not limited to, reasons attributable to technical issues, human error, betting integrity, legal compliance, or other factors). Bets for which Early Payout has already been accepted shall remain valid and subject to the Early Payout conditions in place at the time the Bet was placed and accepted by the PATANG Sports Platform, while at all times remaining subject to the general Betting Rules.
    g) The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to reject or void any Bet for which Early Payout has been accepted in accordance with the general Betting Rules regarding Bet acceptance and voiding. If a Bet with Early Payout is voided, the general Betting Rules regarding voided Bets shall apply.
    h) In the event of an erroneous settlement of a Bet through Early Payout, whether due to a technical error, human error, or a game situation (including, but not limited to, Video Assistant Referee (VAR) decisions), the PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to correct the settlement in accordance with the general Betting Rules regarding settlement errors.
    i) Any issues not expressly determined in this section shall be governed by the terms of the Betting Rules.
Betting Rules
  • All Bets accepted by the PATANG Sports Platform are subject to these Rules, as well as to applicable licensing conditions.
  • All settled markets are final after 72 hours, and no queries will be accepted beyond this period. Within the 72 hours following settlement, the PATANG Sports Platform will only reset or correct results in cases of human error, system error, or mistakes made by the official results source.
  • The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to settle Bets only after the event is final or based on official results.
  • The winner of an event will be determined on the date of the event’s conclusion. The PATANG Sports Platform does not recognise protested or overturned decisions for betting purposes. The settlement of an event suspended after commencement will be decided in accordance with the specific betting rules established for that sport by the PATANG Sports Platform.
  • Persons under the age of 18 or under the legal age for gambling in a particular jurisdiction are not permitted to place Bets.
  • The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any Bet.
  • Statistics or editorial text published on the Website are provided for information purposes only. The PATANG Sports Platform does not acknowledge or accept any liability for inaccuracies or errors in such information. It is at all times the Client’s responsibility to be aware of circumstances relating to an event.
  • For accounts with negative balances, the PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to cancel any pending Bets, whether placed with funds resulting from the error or otherwise.
  • The “Live Score” section is provided for guidance only. The PATANG Sports Platform does not accept responsibility for any errors. The Platform reserves the right to cancel any Bets if the Outcome is already known or if the Odds have not been updated correctly due to technical issues.
  • The PATANG Sports Platform uses only reputable and legitimate data sources for determining the Outcome of a Bet. Unless a data source is expressly disclosed in these Rules, the data source may be disclosed to the Client upon request.
  • Disputes must be lodged within seven (7) days from the date the Bet in question has been settled. No claims will be honoured after this period. The Client is solely responsible for all of their account transactions.
  • All winnings are calculated using decimal Odds. When converting Odds into the fractional format for display, rounding errors may occur, as some Odds do not have an exact fractional equivalent. In such cases, the nearest fractional Odds will be displayed.
  • The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to suspend a Client’s account without prior notice.
  • In case of suspected unfair play, the PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to refuse any Bet, in whole or in part, thereby rendering the Bet invalid. In such cases, settlement will be made at the Odds of 1.
  • Accumulators (Combos/Parlays/Multis). If certain Outcomes are related (for example, a Bet on Barcelona to win La Liga combined with a Bet on Barcelona to win the deciding match), such Bets will be deemed void.
  • Outright Bets are treated as “all in, run or not” and will be settled as a loss if the selected participant does not take part in the event, unless otherwise stated. If an event results in a Dead Heat (i.e., more than one winner), the Client’s Stake is divided equally by the number of tied participants. The portion of the Stake corresponding to one participant is settled as a winning Bet, while the remainder is settled as a losing Bet.
  • Clients are solely responsible for all transactions made through their account. They should confirm Bets only after carefully checking for errors. Once a Bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. The PATANG Sports Platform shall not be liable for missing or duplicate Bets resulting from Client’s actions and will not accept requests to amend Bets on this basis. Clients may review their transactions in the “Bet History” section of the Website after each session to confirm that all Bets were accepted.
  • The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to void or cancel any Bets where the Outcome has been affected by the imposition of penalty points, enforced relegations, or any other measure resulting from factors outside the normal results of the match or competition in question.
  • The use of another person’s account, or the registration of an account in someone else’s name, is strictly prohibited. The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to cancel any Bets placed by individuals who are not the registered account holder.
  • All Bets are settled based on the information provided by the official governing body of the competition at the time the result is declared. For events outside of official competitions, Bets are settled based on the information available at the time of settlement.
  • If one of competitors does not start, the PATANG Sports Platform will void the Head-to-Head market.
  • If both competitors do not finish, the winner will be the competitor who completed the greater number of laps. If both competitors retire on the same lap, the PATANG Sports Platform will void this Head-to-Head market.
  • If competitors finish in the same position, the PATANG Sports Platform will void all Bets on the Head-to-Head market.
  • The PATANG Sports Platform shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Client as a result of systems malfunctions, defects, delays, manipulations, or errors in data transmission.
  • Live Bets. If a match is interrupted or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all Bets will be void, except for those Outcomes that are clearly defined when the game was stopped.
  • The maximum Stake amount for all sporting events is determined by the PATANG Sports Platform and may be changed at any time without prior notice. The Platform also reserves the right to set or adjust Stake limits for Clients’ accounts.
  • The use of automated systems (including scanners, robots, or similar tools) is strictly prohibited. The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to void any Bets placed through the use of such systems.
  • If a Client or a group of Clients place Bets intended to bypass existing limits (including maximum withdrawal, maximum Stake value, arbitrage opportunities, or Bets placed on an already known Outcome), such Bets will be settled at Odds of 1.
  • Clients are permitted to place Bets only as individuals; group Bets are not allowed. Repeated Bets on the same Outcomes by the same or different Clients may be declared void. Even after the official result of the competition or race is known, the PATANG Sports Platform may void such Bets if it determines that Clients acted in collusion, as a syndicate, or if multiple Bets were placed by one or more Clients within a short period of time. The Platform also reserves the right to refuse to accept Bets or to void Bets already placed if they originate from multiple accounts using the same IP address.
  • The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to accept or reject any Bet on any sport, competition, market, or Bet type included in the Cash Out feature.
  • All Rules contained herein are subject to change and revision by the PATANG Sports Platform without prior notice. Any changes or revisions will be published in the Terms and Conditions of the “Sports” section.
Markets
  • Match (1X2) betting allows a Bet on the partial or final Outcome of a match or event. The options are: “1” = home team (team listed to the left side of the offer); “X” = draw (selection in the middle); “2” = away team (team listed to the right side of the offer).
  • Correct Score betting allows a Bet on the exact score of the match or event, either at a specified interval or at full time.
  • Over/Under (Totals) betting allows a Bet on the number of predefined occurrences in a match or event (e.g., goals, points, corners, rebounds, penalty minutes). If the total number of occurrences is exactly equal to the Betting Line, all Bets on that market will be void. For example, if the Betting Line is 128,0 points and the match ends 64–64, all Bets on the Over/Under market will be void.
  • Odd/Even betting allows a Bet on whether the total number of a predefined occurrence in a match or event (e.g., goals, points, corners, rebounds, penalty minutes) will be odd or even. “Odd” means 1, 3, 5, etc.; “even” means 0, 2, 4, etc.
  • A Head-to-Head and/or Triple-Head market is a competition between two or three participants or Outcomes, either from an officially organised event or as virtually defined by the PATANG Sports Platform.
  • Half-Time/Full-Time betting allows a Bet on the result at half time and the final Outcome of the match. For example, if the score is 1–0 at half time and the match ends 1–1, the winning Outcome is 1/X. The Bet will be void if the regular time of the match is played in a format other than two halves.
  • Period betting allows a Bet on the Outcome of an individual period within a match or event.
  • Draw No Bet allows a Bet on either “1” (home) or “2” (away). The term is also used in cases where no Odds for a draw are offered. If the match ends in a draw or the specified occurrence does not take place (e.g., a Draw No Bet market on a match ending 0–0), the Client’s Stake will be refunded.
  • Handicap betting allows a Bet on whether the chosen Outcome will be successful once the listed handicap is applied (added or subtracted, as applicable) to the match, period, or total score to which the Bet refers. If the adjusted result is exactly equal to the Handicap Line, all Bets on that market will be void. For example, a Bet on –3,0 goals will be void if the selected team wins by exactly 3 goals (e.g., 3–0, 4–1, 5–2).

Asian Handicap betting adjusts the score of a match by applying fractional goal handicaps to each team before determining the Outcome.

    Example

Home team (–1,75) vs away team (+1,75). In this case, the Stake is divided into two equal Bets: –1,5 and –2,0 for the home team. For the Bet to be fully successful at the listed Odds, the home team must win by at least 3 goals. If the home team wins by exactly 2 goals, the Bet is partially successful: the –1,5 portion wins with a full payout, while the –2,0 portion is refunded, as it is considered a “tie”. Any other result, including a home team victory by only 1 goal, results in the entire Stake being lost. Conversely, the away team receives a +1,75 goal advantage, which is divided into +1,5 and +2,0.
  • Double Chance betting allows a Bet on two Outcomes of a match or event simultaneously, either at a specified interval or the final Outcome:

    1X: A bet on the Home team to win or the Draw;
    X2: A bet on the Away team to win or the Draw;
12: A bet on the Home team to win or the Away team to win.
  • Outright or Place betting allows a Bet on a participant to either win or finish within a specified position in the classification of an event or competition, chosen from a list of available alternatives.
  • Bets on a specific quarter, half, or period refer only to the result or score achieved within that timeframe and do not include points, goals, or events from any other part of the match or event. Such Bets will be void if the match is played in a format other than the one stipulated in the offer.
  • Bets on the result at the end of a quarter, half, or period refer to the score of the match or event at the conclusion of the stipulated timeframe and include all points, goals, or events accumulated in previous parts of the match or event.
  • Bets on “Race to X Points/Goals” and similar markets refer to the team or participant that reaches the specified tally of points, goals, or events first. If the market includes a timeframe (or other period restriction), it applies only to points, goals, or events accumulated within that timeframe and excludes all others. If the specified score is not reached within the stipulated timeframe (if any), all Bets will be void, unless otherwise stated.
  • Bets on “Winner of Point X” / “Scorer of Goal X” and similar markets refer to the team or participant that scores or wins the specified occurrence. For settlement, only the listed occurrence will be considered; events prior to it are irrelevant. If the specified occurrence does not take place within the stipulated timeframe (if any), all Bets will be void, unless otherwise stated.
  • Bets on a particular occurrence happening in a predefined time order, such as “First Card” or “Next Team to Receive Penalty Minutes”, will be void if it is not possible, beyond reasonable doubt, to determine the winning Outcome. For example, if players from different teams are shown a card during the same interruption of play, the Bet will be void.
  • Bets on “Team to Score First and Win” refer to the listed team that both scores the first goal of the match and wins the match. If no goals are scored, all Bets on this market will be void.
  • Any reference to a “Clean Sheet” indicates that the listed team must not concede a goal during the match.
  • Bets on “Team to Win from Behind” refer to the listed team that wins the match after being at least one goal behind at any point during the match.
  • Bets on “Team to Win All Halves/Periods” and similar markets (e.g., “Team to Win Both Halves”) refer to the listed team scoring more goals than its opponent in each of the stipulated halves or periods of the match.
  • Any reference to “Injury Time” refers to the amount of time indicated by the designated official, not the actual time played.
  • Settlement of Bets on markets such as “Man of the Match” or “Most Valuable Player” will be based on the decision of the event’s organiser, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

If either batter is dismissed by a different method or is not dismissed during the innings, all Bets shall be settled as losers. A batter retiring hurt shall not count as a dismissal; if a batter retires hurt and does not return, Bets shall be settled as losers for that batter. If the batters at the crease differ from those quoted when the market was offered, all Bets shall be void. Understanding of Terms Used for Football Player Props

      Goal / Own Goal

Different governing bodies may apply different rules. Where possible, Opta works with the relevant authorities to reflect their official decisions on goalscorers. For deflections: a goal shall normally be awarded if the original attempt was on target. An own goal shall usually be awarded if the original attempt was off target and deflected into the goal by an opponent.

      Shots

A shot is defined as any attempt to score that:

      • enters the net, regardless of intent;
      • would have entered the net but for being saved by the goalkeeper, or is stopped by a defender acting as the last line of defence with the goalkeeper unable to intervene;
      • goes over or wide of the goal without making contact with another player;
      • would have gone over or wide of the goal but for being saved by the goalkeeper or blocked by an outfield player;
      • strikes the frame of the goal directly without resulting in a goal.

Blocked shots shall not count as shots.

      Shots on Goal

A shot on goal is defined as any attempt that:

      • enters the net, regardless of intent;
      • would have entered the net but for being saved by the goalkeeper, or is stopped by a defender acting as the last line of defence with the goalkeeper unable to intervene.

Shots that strike the frame of the goal shall not count as shots on goal, unless the ball enters the net and is awarded as a goal. Shots blocked by another player who is not the last line of defence shall not count as shots on goal.

      Goal Assist

A goal assist is the final touch (pass, pass-cum-shot, or any other touch) leading directly to the recipient of the ball scoring a goal. If this final touch is deflected by an opposition player, an assist shall only be awarded if the receiving player was likely to receive the ball without the deflection. Assists shall not be awarded for own goals, directly taken free kicks, direct corner goals, or penalties.

      Tackle

A tackle is defined as a ground challenge in which a player connects with the ball and successfully takes it away from the opponent in possession. The tackled player must clearly be in possession of the ball before the challenge is made.

      • A tackle won occurs when the tackler or a teammate regains possession, or the ball goes out of play in a safe manner.
      • A tackle lost occurs when the ball goes to an opposition player after the challenge.

Both are deemed successful tackles, with the distinction based on the Outcome of possession. Cutting out a pass by any means shall not count as a tackle.
  • Tennis

*This table specifies the percentage deduction applied to the face value of Winnings for the respective Bet types.
  • Errors
    • If the PATANG Sports Platform publishes, posts, or quotes any incorrect betting information for any greyhound, horse, or harness racing event, including, but not limited to, posting incorrect Odds, the Platform reserves the right to void any affected Bet, regardless of the source or cause of the error.
  • Acceptance of Bets After Race Start Time
    • If a Single Bet is inadvertently accepted after the official start time of the event, the Bet shall be void, and the Stake shall be refunded to the Client.
    • If a Bet is accepted after the official start time of the event as part of an Accumulator Bet, that event shall be deemed void, and the remaining leg(s) of the Accumulator Bet shall stand.
  • Other Rules
    • If a greyhound or horse is withdrawn late by order of the stewards, all Bets shall be settled in accordance with the stewards’ decision regarding the status of the withdrawn participant, including the application of deductions to the remaining runners, as set out in the Deductions Table in 8.3.3.5.
    • Bets shall be settled in accordance with the official decision of the stewards on race day. If a greyhound or horse is subsequently disqualified or placings are amended at a later date for any reason, the official result as declared on race day shall prevail for settlement purposes.

    • The final bonus amount shall be calculated based on the final Odds of the Accumulator Bet once all Outcomes are settled.
    • Cashed-out Bets shall not be eligible for a Combo Boost.
    • The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any Combo Boost promotion at its sole discretion.
    • Combo Boost shall only be available on three (3) or more selections each with Odds of 1,3 or greater.
  • Free Bet, Free Money, and Risk-Free Bet
    • Free Bet: The Client shall receive only the Winnings portion of the Bet. For example, a Free Bet of five (5) units at Odds of 3,5 results in 12,5 units credited (5 × 3,5 – 5 = 12,5).
    • Free Money: The Client shall receive both the Stake and Winnings. For example, Free Money of five (5) units at Odds of 3,5 results in 17,5 units credited (5 × 3,5 = 17,5).
    • Risk-Free Bet: A standard Bet, but if the Client loses, the Stake shall be refunded.
  • No-Deposit Bonus
    • To receive a no-deposit bonus, the Client must complete all required personal data fields in their profile before the bonus is issued. If the profile is completed after receiving the no-deposit bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
    • If a Client repeatedly claims no‑deposit bonuses across the Company’s Platforms without making real-money deposits between claims, the PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to require a deposit equal to the amount of the wagered bonus funds available in the balance at the time of the withdrawal request (minimum deposit: 1,000 ₹, wagering requirement: 3X). If the Client refuses to make a deposit, all no-deposit bonuses and any winnings derived from them, including those obtained from wagered bonus funds, will be forfeited.
    • Unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms, the maximum winnings that may be withdrawn after wagering a no-deposit bonus are capped at 10X the original bonus amount. Any amount exceeding this limit will be removed from the Client’s balance once wagering requirements are fulfilled.

The maximum possible amount for withdrawal obtained after wagering a no-deposit bonus is 10X the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the bonus description.

The maximum possible amount for withdrawal, won from funds obtained after wagering a no-deposit bonus, is 10X the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the bonus description.

Any remainder exceeding these limits will be written off the balance.

To continue playing without restrictions on the maximum withdrawal amount, the Client must first complete the withdrawal of winnings from the no-deposit bonus and then make another deposit.
    • Only one Client per home address, IP address, device, phone number, or payment method (e.g., QIWI, Skrill, PAYEER, credit card, etc.) may receive a no-deposit bonus.
    • Upon a withdrawal request involving funds derived from a no-deposit bonus, the PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to request identification documents to verify the account. Additionally, at the discretion of the administration, proof of residence (e.g., a utility bill issued within the last six months) may also be required.
    • The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to deny a no-deposit bonus to any Client whose total withdrawals exceed total deposits either over the lifetime of their account or over the most recent calendar year.
  • Bonus Abuse
    • The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to monitor and review transactions and account activity at any time at its sole discretion. If bonus abuse is detected as a result of such a review, any active or pending bonuses may be cancelled.
    • The Client must provide a valid, operational phone number during registration for identity verification purposes. Failure to verify identity may result in the restriction of the Client’s ability to claim bonuses and lead to the suspension of their account.
    • Each bonus is limited to one account per individual, household, residential address, IP address, computer, or device. If there is suspicion of rule violations, including the creation of duplicate or fake accounts or collusion between Clients, the PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses and Winnings and to block the affected account(s).
    • Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes only. If the PATANG Sports Platform detects behaviour deemed to be exploitative, including, but not limited to, betting patterns designed to secure guaranteed profit, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and void any associated Winnings.
    • The PATANG Sports Platform may implement verification procedures to confirm account ownership. Bonus crediting may be paused until the verification process is complete.
    • Abusing affiliate or streamer raffles and giveaways to repeatedly obtain no-deposit bonuses constitute fraud. Such actions will result in the cancellation of the most recent no-deposit bonus and forfeiture of any related Winnings.
    • The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to amend, update, or modify the bonus terms at any time. Clients are responsible for staying up to date with the latest terms changes.
Method, Place, and Timing of Winnings Payout
  • Clients may only request payouts up to the available balance in their account.
  • Once the Outcome of a betting event is published on the PATANG Sports Platform, Winnings from Bets will be credited to the Client’s account within one (1) day. At this point, the Winnings are considered paid.
  • The PATANG Sports Platform reserves the right to extend the review period for withdrawal requests by up to seventy-two (72) hours in cases requiring additional verification of the Client’s activity. The reasons for this verification process and its methods are confidential.
  • If the PATANG Sports Platform suspects unfair play, it reserves the right to restrict withdrawals for up to thirty-one (31) calendar days to conduct an account verification. The methods and results of this verification process are confidential.
Claims
  • Claims related to the Outcomes of events will be accepted within thirty (30) calendar days from the conclusion of the event, provided that the claim is supported by official documentation or a link to the event organiser’s website confirming the basis of the claim.
  • Claims regarding the settlement of Bets must be submitted in writing within five (5) working days after the Outcome is published.
  • All other claims from Clients will be reviewed by the PATANG Sports Platform within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a written request sent to [email protected]. The Platform’s decision will be communicated to the Client via the email address associated with their account.
  • In cases not covered by these Rules, the final decision rests with the PATANG Sports Platform.
